Come along with me to explore the wonders of our inner-selves and unlock new ways of connecting with the present moment. My Susuw Meditation sessions are designed to give people the much needed space to breathe & decompress while developing a personal practice of re-centering oneself.

Full sessions are offered at 30 min. or 1 hr. and can be adapted to cater to a variety of uses such as supporting mental health, improving creative visioning, or boosting focus.
SUSUW mediation is a unique practice of self-examination rooted in West African traditions. Sessions are grounded using Adinkra symbols such as Sankofa (pictured above) to serve as an opening theme before diving within.
